Warranty Policy

We at Zunair Techno Information are authorized to handle warranty issues under the limited authority of product distributors/manufacturers. We provide warranty replacement once the warranty claim is approved by distributors/ manufacturers. Although we try our best to give the warranty replacement at the earliest this period may vary from 10 to 20 working days and under certain circumstances This may be extended to 30 days. It is essential to understand certain rules relating to warranty issues. Some are summarized below: Warranty means replacement with a new/refurbished product or repair of the same whichever is applicable if the product is at the end of its life, it will be offered to exchange with the nearest new model available at a reasonable cost. Warranty claims will only be entertained in case of manufacturing faults. Any fault developed due to man handling, broken parts, electricity surges spikes, burnt elements on the warranty items, torn or tampered with, Zunair Techno Information reserves the right to refuse such warranty claims. The original proof of purchases must require presenting at the time of warranty claim. Similarly the repair order (Issued at the time of receiving of warranty claim) is also essential to receive the replacement.
